Our goal is to dispatch your online order the next working day for all in-stock items, custom-made orders in 5-7 working days. From time to time we experience high volumes of orders.
Therefore, we request you allow;
5 working days for delivery of in-stock items and 10-12 days for custom made orders.
All orders shipped to Australian addresses are sent via Startrack.
All orders shipped to New Zealand addresses are sent via Australia Post. please allow an additional 7 Days.Shipping to P.O. Boxes
There is a parcel size limit when shipping to a P.O box. We can generally fit a row of seat covers in the approved parcel size. If you have ordered front and rear seat covers as an example; these will be delivered in two separate parcels.
Items that fall outside of the approved parcel size will require a street delivery address. Eg Floor Mats.
If our package is too large for your P.O. Box, a slip will be left notifying you that collection can be made inside your local Post Office.Returns and Refunds

It is important that all returns are approved before sending back any goods. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued by a MyCustomCar team member to ensure the most efficient process can be provided.
