Free Shipping for Australia and New Zealand for each ordered item.


Our goal is to dispatch your online order the next working day for all in-stock items & custom-made orders in 7 business days.*


When ordering 'Made to Order' and 'Ready Made' seat covers together, the items are dispatched in separate parcels. The 'Ready Made' seat covers, if available, are dispatched before the 'Made to Order' seat covers whilst they are manufactured, this might result in your complete order arriving at different times.


Multiple row orders (eg. Front and Rear Rows) will come in separate parcels and on occasion, may be delivered different days regardless of being dispatched the same day.


From time to time we experience high volumes of orders. Therefore, we request you allow;


  • 5 working days for delivery of in-stock items and;
  • 7 business days for custom made orders.


 All orders shipped within Australia are sent via Startrack.


All orders shipped to New Zealand are sent via Australia Post, Please allow an additional 5-7 Days.


Shipping to P.O. Boxes

There is a parcel size limit when shipping to a P.O box. We can generally fit a row of seat covers in the approved parcel size. If you have ordered front and rear seat covers as an example; these will be delivered in two separate parcels.


Items that fall outside of the approved parcel size will require a street delivery address. Eg Floor Mats. 


If our package is too large for your P.O. Box, a slip will be left notifying you that collection can be made inside your local Post Office.


Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our guarantee varies by fabric and product, you can find the guarantee period against each specific fabric/product on the site.

It is important that all returns are approved before sending back any goods. A Return Authorization Number (RAN) will be issued by a MyCustomCar team member to ensure the most efficient process can be provided.


All returns must clearly include:


  • RAN

  • Invoice / Order Number Reference

  • Contact Name

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address

  • Explanation of the problem

  • Returned within 90 days of purchase


*Omission of the above information may delay the response time return’s can be investigated/processed.


Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns unless prior arrangements have been made.



We endeavour to expedite all approved refunds next business day but can take up to 5 working days.


Please note: Retail stores do not accept any returns or exchanges of purchases made online.



Our goods are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for the stated period accompanying the particular product. Defects that occur under normal use and care will be repaired, replaced or refunded at our discretion.



Guarantee does not cover any defects caused by an accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation or lack of reasonable care.



Sperling Enterprises/MyCustomCar online store does not provide exchanges. We are more than happy to refund your purchase and accept returned merchandise, based on conditions mentioned above under 'Return and Refunds'.
